On January 6, 2019, Leshou Group's 2018 Annual Summary and Commendation Conference and Art Show were solemnly held in the conference hall on the fifth floor of the Group. Group chairman, president, general managers of various business units, commended personnel and employee representatives, a total of about 230 people attended the meeting.

The main purpose of the meeting is to summarize the work of the whole year of 2018, commend the emerging advanced collectives and individuals, further encourage the advanced, muster up energy, and better plan the objectives and tasks of the work in 2019.

At the beginning of the meeting, under the chairmanship of Zhong Jinghong, the president of the group, all stood up to read the oath of Le Shou Group and sang the song of Le Shou..


        Subsequently, Li banyun, chairman of the group, made a report on "leshou group's 2018 work summary and 2019 work plan", summarizing the highlights and deficiencies of the group and its divisions in 2018, and making plans for the group's development strategy in 2019 and the next three years, pointing out the direction for future work and encouraging energy.

                      
        Zhong Jinghong, president of the group, read out the commendation decision. Advanced collectives, excellent managers, excellent team leaders and excellent employees came to the stage to receive the award.

                   

  

Wang Dongyan, representative of the advanced collective, Shi Nan, Fan Hongjun and Jiao Xifeng, representatives of outstanding managers, Liu Jiao, Zhang Fangfang, Wei Zhenxue, Gu Guangdong and Zhou Shuai Shuai took the stage to speak respectively.

Two special awards were also presented at the conference site: the Special Contribution Award and the Outstanding Staff Family Award.
The colleagues of the ERP project team, which is dominated by the finance department, devoted themselves to it in order to catch up with the progress. It is even more common for them to work overtime day and night, often working until 11 or 12 o'clock in the evening, or even one or two o'clock in the morning. Their spirit of forgetting food and sleep, forgetting private affairs, fighting continuously, daring to fight hard battles, and daring to win is worth learning from each of us. They once again embody the two-do spirit and listing spirit of our Leshou culture, and will certainly become the spiritual treasure of our Leshou cultural heritage. Finally, after more than 3 months of hard work, to ensure the smooth implementation of the ERP project.

At the meeting, representatives of the families of some outstanding managers and outstanding employees were also invited to reward them for their selfless dedication to shoulder the heavy burden of their families and wholeheartedly support the work of Leshou employees and the development of the enterprise.

In the award ceremony, it was also interspersed with wonderful cultural programs carefully prepared by some employees of the company. After you sing, I will appear on the stage, and Le Shou people will take turns to perform, pushing the atmosphere of the meeting to a climax.

       The meeting also invited personnel from some friendly units to participate, and they also added luster to the conference with wonderful cultural programs.

There is a sense of responsibility from time to time, and the safety alarm bell knocks every day. At the end of the meeting, Li Bianyun, chairman of the group, signed the 2019 annual safety production responsibility form with the general managers of each division.

        The 2018 full of mission and honor has gradually moved away from us, and 2019 full of opportunities and challenges are coming. In the new year, all Leshou people will continue to uphold the cultural concept of "being honest and doing things in a down-to-earth manner", aiming at the group's annual work tasks and goals in 2019, carefully planning, scientific management, pioneering and innovating, and paying close attention to implementation. With a high sense of responsibility, solid work style, and strong desire for development, we will work hard with one heart and one mind to realize the group's three-year strategic plan as soon as possible!.....
